By using Active Health Guide you agree to what follows. It is short, and it is written to be understood.
1. What this site is
Active Health Guide is an independent consumer-research publication about dietary supplements sold online. It is a source of information. It is not a shop, not a medical service and not a professional advisory service.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Our team does not include physicians or pharmacists. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Always speak to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement — particularly if you take prescription medication, have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are scheduled for surgery. Whether a product is safe for you is a question only someone with your medical history can answer.
3. We are not the seller
We do not sell products, process payments or ship anything. Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer, under that retailer's own terms, refund policy and guarantee. We cannot see, change, cancel or refund an order. See our contact page for where to go instead.
4. Accuracy and dates
We verify prices, refund terms and label contents at the primary source and publish the date we checked. Sellers change those things without notice. Always read the current label and the current refund terms on the order page before you buy. Where we could not verify something, we say so on the page rather than filling the gap.

This site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Active Health Guide is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site or from any purchase made from a third-party retailer, whether or not you reached that retailer through a link here.
